L’orologio contiene due bilancieri che per entrare in risonanza devono essere sincronizzati in tutte le posizioni con uno scarto di meno di 5 secondi al giorno. Una volta entrati in risonanza, i bilancieri compensano uno le variazioni di oscillazione dell’altro. Quindi, nell’uso quotidiano, se muovendo l’orologio si causa una variazione nella velocità di oscillazione di un bilanciere, l’altro avrà una variazione speculare: se uno rallenta, l’altro accelera. Questo rende i meccanismi a risonanza estremamente precisi. Anno 2000. Orologio in eccellente stato conservativo, perfettamente funzionante venduto con scatola, controscatola e garanzia originale. Viene dato in dotazione anche un cinturino in pelle nera nuovo e originale. N.B. Nessun orologio della serie N°0XX/99R con lo stesso quadrante è stato offerto in vendita pubblicamente negli ultimi 12 anni. Il Chronomètre à Resonance è stato prodotto in un batch di modelli «A Souscription» che F. P. Journe ha destinato ai possessori dei primi 20 Tourbillon Souverain prodotti. I modelli pre-Souscription del Chronomètre à Resonance presentano la dicitura N°0XX/00R. Il mercato per questo marchio è aumentato del 400% circa dal 2018 e del 100% circa dal 2020.
